How do I return or exchange an item?

Returning or exchanging is simple. Email us at info@maggie-closet.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send you the return instructions right away. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We'll take care of the rest.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

First, check your tracking link, you should have received one by email when your order shipped. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if you never received a tracking email, contact us at info@maggie-closet.com and we'll investigate immediately. Please have your order number ready so we can help you as quickly as possible.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that, that's not the experience we want for you. Take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to info@maggie-closet.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away, no questions asked.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us at info@maggie-closet.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes but our returns process makes it easy to sort out.
