By placing an order with Maggie’s Closet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records may be used as supporting documentation.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Only normal inspection of the item is permitted.

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration not caused by us.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maggies-closet.com and include:

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Once verified:

We may offer a replacement, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

In some cases, a return of the defective item may not be required.
Replacement orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit:

Contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will assist in opening a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a $35 CAD handling and return fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
You may request cancellation before your order has shipped by emailing info@maggies-closet.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return after delivery according to this policy.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we may provide payment processors with supporting documentation, including:

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and impact future purchase eligibility.
Important Information

All approved returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues.

Items that are hygiene-sensitive and returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

Return shipping is not free and must be arranged by the customer.
